💪  Transform Salary Research into a $10K Pay Raise

Negotiating a job offer? Most clinicians leave money on the table because they underestimate what’s negotiable or aren’t sure how to ask for it.

That’s why we're proud to be partnering with Contract Diagnostics to bring you 1:1 support from experts in physician & APP compensation, including a custom MGMA + AAMC benchmark report. Clinicians who use their services see an average $10,000 increase in total comp.

⚖️  Lifting Up Women in Medicine

We’re sharing voices from across the Marit community to highlight how salary transparency can help close the gender pay gap in medicine.

If Marit has helped you or you believe more clinicians deserve access to this kind of data, please share with your friends & colleagues. Every salary shared moves us closer to a more equitable future.

🩺  Shining a Light on Every Subspecialty

Thanks to community feedback, we now support 18 more subspecialties - most of which are overlooked by traditional benchmarks like MGMA. If you’ve done the extra training to sub-specialize, your compensation should reflect it. But without data, it’s tough to make the case.

For smaller subspecialties, we've also added an extra layer of anonymity protection to ensure your identity remains private - we only show location at the region level (e.g., Midwest) until we have at least 25 salaries.

The data only gets stronger and more anonymous as more clinicians contribute, so please share Marit with anyone practicing in a subspecialty, or let us know if we’re missing yours.
