The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will deliver primary care services under physician supervision at the Russellville After Hours Clinic. This PRN role involves assessing patients, performing routine procedures, ordering diagnostics, and developing treatment plans, primarily during evenings and weekends within a primary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical histories and perform examinations to establish working problem lists.
• Assess patients, identify health conditions, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Order or perform laboratory, diagnostic tests, and routine procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.
• Prescribe medications, including controlled substances (Schedule III-V), in accordance with Arkansas law and collaborative practice agreements.
• Document all care provided in the patient's medical record.
• Recognize limits of knowledge and experience, referring to or collaborating with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Supervise nurses and ancillary staff involved in patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and adhere to organizational standards and core values.

Compensation
