The University of Rochester Wilmot Cancer Institute is seeking Physician Assistants to join its regional cancer care team at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, NY, and the clinic/infusion center in Olean, NY. The role involves providing hematology and oncology care within a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on professional development and career growth. Responsibilities

• Provide hematology and oncology clinical care to patients in outpatient and infusion settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, care management professionals, social workers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Support new and recent graduates through training and mentorship.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and guidelines.

Compensation

• Salary range: $107,245 to $151,533 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• Compensation model includes salary plus incentives.

Requirements

• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) with current licensure.
