Responsibilities

• Provide wound care management and treatment to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Perform clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient encounters accurately in medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols.
