We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The NP will provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, primarily in senior living community settings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
• Build rapport with patients and explain conditions and treatment plans effectively through written and oral communication
• Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines
• Promote preventive care and health maintenance, including annual physicals and health education
• Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses
• Perform quality control and infection control measures to ensure patient safety
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Wyoming or ability to obtain licensure
