Rogue Community Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered primary and preventive care at our White City and Medford locations. The role involves working collaboratively with support staff to serve a medically underserved population, addressing systemic barriers to care, and supporting a population health model. Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon License to Practice with Prescription Authority
• Current DEA Number
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Master's degree or doctorate in nursing from an accredited program (for Nurse Practitioners)
• Board certification or eligibility within one year in family practice (for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants)
• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program (for Physician Assistants)
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required
• Ability to work variable schedule days
• Passion for serving vulnerable populations
