Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant / Medical Doctor

Novuskin, a luxury medical spa in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Doctor to join our wellness and aesthetic practice. The role involves providing personalized consultations and treatments focused on wellness, weight loss, and longevity therapies. The position can be full-time or part-time, with compensation ranging from $70 to $125 per hour plus commission and productivity bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations for wellness, peptide, and medical weight loss treatments
• Review patient histories, labs, and outcomes to develop personalized care plans
• Educate and motivate clients about peptide therapy, GLP-1 programs, and longevity medicine
• Ensure medical safety, quality, and compliance throughout patient care
• Host and participate in educational events related to wellness, peptides, weight loss, and longevity
• Foster long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and exceptional service

Compensation

• $70-$125 per hour (Base + Commission Structure)
• Additional income through productivity bonuses
• W-2 employment status

Requirements

• Active Nevada NP, PA, or MD license
• Prior experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or metabolic medicine preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
