The organization is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide pain management services in a rural community in Centralia, WA. The provider will deliver comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with chronic pain, utilizing a holistic approach and participating in an extensive training and fellowship program. Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured fellowship and ongoing training programs.
  • Build and manage a patient panel, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
  • Engage in quality improvement and patient education initiatives.

Compensation

  • $130,000 - $165,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
  • Productivity bonuses based on performance.
  • CME allowance and time off.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to participate in a fellowship program (3-9 months).
  • Comfort working in a rural healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to serving underserved populations.
  • Valid medical license in the state of Washington.
