The organization is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide pain management services in a rural community in Centralia, WA. The provider will deliver comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with chronic pain, utilizing a holistic approach and participating in an extensive training and fellowship program. Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate patients with chronic pain conditions in a rural setting.
• Lead comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care involving non-operative spine, operative spine, orthopedic, and radiological services.
• Participate in a structured fellowship and ongoing training programs.
• Build and manage a patient panel, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in quality improvement and patient education initiatives.

Compensation

• $130,000 - $165,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
• Productivity bonuses based on performance.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Experience or interest in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, spine, or family medicine preferred.
• Open to new graduates with a strong interest in rural healthcare.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in a fellowship program (3-9 months).
• Comfort working in a rural healthcare environment.
