Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking a full-time Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join an established outpatient practice. The role involves working alongside a team of physicians and APPs in a hospital-employed setting, providing outpatient gastroenterology services, with opportunities for inpatient support based on interest. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient gastroenterology care as part of an established team of physicians and APPs.
• Support the outpatient clinic in a remodeled facility with an 8-suite endoscopy lab.
• Participate in monthly education sessions to promote mentorship and professional growth.
• Work with gastroenterologists who split their time between clinic and endoscopy procedures.
• Optionally support inpatient care one day per week supporting the GI hospitalist program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital-employed setting.
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record system for patient documentation and management.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Compensation

Requirements

• Experience in gastroenterology or outpatient APP practice is required.
• Ability to work independently within an established practice model.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Current licensure and certification as an APP in Montana or eligible for licensure.
• Prior experience with endoscopy or hospital support preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage outpatient caseloads.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to participate in a 4- or 5-day work week, with flexibility for inpatient support if desired.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, specifically Epic preferred.
