Envision Physician Services is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) to join the anesthesiology team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology care across a variety of case types including general, orthopedic, GI-endoscopy, urology, OB/GYN, bariatrics, and robotics.
• Collaborate with a team of 19 physicians and 42 advanced practice providers in a stable, established practice.
• Participate in preoperative assessments, anesthesia planning, and intraoperative management.
• Manage anesthesia for diverse patient populations, including healthy pediatrics and adult patients.
• Support the anesthesiology team in maintaining high standards of patient safety and care quality.
• Engage in limited call duties, approximately 1-2 times per month, with beeper availability from home.
• Contribute to teaching and training activities at a teaching hospital for MDs and SRNAs.
• Utilize a variety of anesthesia techniques suited to case complexity and patient needs.

Compensation

• Salary plus incentives, including a $100,000 start date bonus.

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Florida.
