A full-time, permanent Cardiothoracic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position is available at a healthcare facility located approximately 1.5 hours from Columbia, SC, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Augusta, GA. The role involves outpatient surgical cases, including vein harvesting and heart procedures, with a schedule Monday through Friday and call responsibilities every 1 to 3 weeks. Candidates with at least three years of experience and a surgical background are preferred, and NP candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient surgical cases, including vein harvesting and heart procedures
• See 16-20 patients per day in an outpatient setting
• Participate in call schedule with a 1:3 week rotation
• Assist in surgical procedures as needed
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up
• Maintain documentation and compliance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams
• Possibly perform vein harvesting; experience preferred
