The Orlando Health Medical Group is seeking primary care physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine for outpatient practice opportunities. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care services across multiple outpatient centers within a physician-led, collaborative healthcare system. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage patient diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical assistants and front office staff.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in approximately 10 days of call per year, with schedule flexibility.
• Adhere to practice protocols and clinical decision-making autonomy.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development.
• Utilize electronic health records for patient management.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Dayshift hours with approximately 10 days of call per year.
• Call schedule varies and is approximately 10 days annually.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid medical license in Florida.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team-based environment.
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population.
• Willingness to participate in call rotation approximately 10 days per year.
• Proficiency with electronic health records systems.
