The Department of Anesthesiology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock is seeking full-time Certified Anesthesiology Assistants (CAAs) to join their team at University Medical Center-Lubbock. The role involves providing anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical procedures in a major medical center. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including general, vascular, cardiac, neurosurgical, gynecological, trauma, pediatric, robotic, and endoscopy cases.
• Collaborate with the anesthesia care team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and professional standards.
• Engage in continuing medical education and departmental training.
• Contribute to a dynamic and expanding anesthesia practice.
• Work in a hospital setting with a diverse case mix at University Medical Center-Lubbock.

Compensation

• Annual salary range of $281,840 to $350,000.

Requirements
