Join our team as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) at Henderson, Nevada, providing anesthesia care across various surgical procedures in a hospital setting. The role involves pre-anesthesia assessments, anesthesia administration, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling at multiple hospital locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient histories and physical evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
• Provide airway management, pain management, and emergency life support as needed.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a culture of patient safety.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• 10-hour shifts, with variability between 8 to 10.5 hours.
• Daytime hours.

Requirements

• Valid Nevada medical license.
• Current Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) certification.
• Prior CAA experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work 8-10.5 hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to work at multiple hospital locations in Henderson, Nevada.
