Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida. The role involves providing anesthesia care in a Level 1 trauma center with a broad case mix, including general, OB, GYN, ENT, ortho, spine, vascular, neuro, cardiac, and trauma cases. Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of anesthesia across a variety of surgical and trauma cases.
• Collaborate with anesthesia care team members, including physicians, CRNAs, and anesthesiologist assistants.
• Provide anesthesia support for general, OB, GYN, ENT, orthopedic, spine, vascular, neuro, cardiac, and trauma procedures.
• Participate in patient monitoring and ensure patient safety during anesthesia care.
• Support preoperative and postoperative patient management as directed.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the anesthesia team in a high-volume trauma center.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training as required.

Compensation

• Annual salary ranging from $225,000 to $240,000, with potential for additional earnings.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000.

Requirements
