The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant to provide anesthetic care under the supervision of a physician anesthesiologist. The role involves patient evaluation, administration of anesthesia, monitoring, and participating in clinical and administrative duties within various healthcare settings, supporting the university's mission of excellence in education, research, and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage life-threatening situations, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, following established protocols.
  • Perform duties in intensive care units, pain clinics, and other clinical settings as appropriate.
  • Participate in departmental administrative tasks and clinical instruction of others.
