We are seeking a Certified Nurse-Midwife or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy midwifery practice in Danbury, Connecticut. The role involves providing obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal services and comprehensive women's health care, in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position offers a balanced work schedule with no on-call or weekend shifts, emphasizing patient-centered care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine obstetric and gynecologic examinations
• Provide prenatal care to pregnant patients
• Deliver comprehensive women's health services across all ages
• Develop and maintain strong patient-provider relationships
• Educate and empower patients to make informed health decisions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
• Adhere to clinical protocols and standards of care

Compensation

• $50-60 per hour, dependent on experience
• W-2 employment status

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule
• No on-call duties
• No weekend shifts

Requirements

• Active Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Experience in full-scope midwifery or women's health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
