Health Imperatives is seeking a Women's Health or Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife to provide sexual and reproductive health services at multiple sites on Cape Cod and The Islands. The role involves delivering comprehensive reproductive healthcare, including contraception, STI treatment, medication abortion, and gender-affirming therapies, under supervision and in accordance with evidence-based protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assess medical histories and perform physical examinations focused on sexual and reproductive health.
- Conduct lab procedures, diagnostic testing, and follow up on abnormal results.
- Prescribe contraceptive methods, including IUDs and implants.
- Provide medication abortion services and perform ultrasounds for gestational dating.
- Offer cancer screening, STI testing, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Administer HIV PrEP and nPEP, and provide gender-affirming hormone therapy.
- Provide medication for addiction treatment, including office-based Suboxone.
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver client-centered, trauma-informed care.
Compensation

Requirements
- At least two years of experience providing reproductive and sexual health services.
- Licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing (APN license required).
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License to practice in an expanded role.
- Credentialed with Massachusetts health insurers.
- Current registration with Massachusetts Controlled Substance and Federal Drug Enforcement Agency.
- Demonstrated passion for sexual and reproductive health.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and patient populations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
