A hospital-based cardiothoracic surgeon position involving first assist in cardiac and thoracic cases, primarily rounding in Step Down and CVICU units, with a Monday through Friday schedule and a 1:4 call rotation including weekends. The role includes office duties and requires endoscopic vein harvesting experience. Responsibilities

• First assist in cardiac and thoracic surgical cases
• Rounding in Step Down unit and CVICU as needed
• Performing office duties 1-2 days per week
• Participating in a 1:4 call rotation including weekend rounds
• Providing care to adult and geriatric patient populations
• Assisting with endoscopic vein harvesting procedures
• Rotating between operating room and clinic on the same campus

• Compensation model: Other (1099 tax status)
