The Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Clinic and On-Call Physician will provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients at women's clinics affiliated with partner hospitals. The role includes on-call duties during weeknights and weekends, with the flexibility to be off-site within 30 minutes of the hospital. Lodging is provided or reimbursed. The position is full-time and involves supervising Certified Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to clinic patients and hospital-connected women's clinics.
• Manage on-call duties during weeknights and weekends, remaining within 30 minutes of the hospital.
• Supervise and collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient education and counseling as appropriate.
• Respond to urgent patient needs during on-call periods.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation with W-2 tax status.
• Relocation support and assistance with lodging costs.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule including weeknights and weekends.
• On-call duties with some call responsibilities from home.
• Must be available for on-call shifts and respond as needed.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and manage obstetric and gynecologic cases.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to supervise mid-level providers.
• Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital during on-call periods.
• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.
