Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient coverage during scheduled shifts, including day, swing, mid-swing, and night shifts.
• Manage approximately 160+ patient encounters per shift, including admissions.
• Complete a full day of orientation before starting the assignment.
• Handle patient admissions and provide quality care within the hospital setting.
