The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) will perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and manage common acute and stable chronic conditions, and provide patient education and counseling. The role includes ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and performing minor procedures within the scope of practice, under a supervising or collaborating physician. The APN will work in both outpatient and hospital settings, developing treatment plans and monitoring therapeutic outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and medical staff bylaws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for health promotion and disease prevention.

Requirements
