Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia.
• Current national certification in the respective profession.
• At least one year of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in urology or related specialty.
