Responsibilities

• Provide adult anesthesia services at Baptist Hospital Medical Center Jacksonville, Baptist Hospital Medical Center South, Baptist Hospital Medical Center Beaches, and The Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute.
• Participate in anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists to deliver patient-centered anesthesia care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Utilize in-house CME and ACLS recertification programs for ongoing professional development.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support hospital and practice initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Compensation

• Competitive salary with additional income opportunities such as sign-on bonuses ($40,000, $50,000, or $90,000) and CME allowance ($2,500).

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with anesthesia certification.
