Prisma Health is seeking full-time Nurse Anesthetists for its Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina. The role involves providing anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties in a Level 1 Trauma Center, with flexible scheduling options. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and pediatrics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal anesthesia care.
• Manage preoperative assessments and postoperative recovery for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Participate in on-call and overtime duties as needed, with current overtime rates of $180-$220/hour.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards for anesthesia practice.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold a high standard of patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation

• Base salary of $220,000+ annually, commensurate with experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000.
• Relocation assistance provided.
• Additional income opportunities through overtime, currently $180-$220/hour.
• Student stipend of $3,000 per month during training or onboarding.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience or training in a variety of anesthesia techniques and patient populations preferred.
