Exodus Healthcare is seeking a full-time or part-time, board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner to join our multispecialty clinic in Magna and West Valley City, Utah. The provider will diagnose and treat patients, participate in quality assurance, and contribute to a team-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients in accordance with medical standards.
• Refer patients with serious conditions requiring inpatient care to appropriate specialists.
• Advise management on medical deficiencies of auxiliary personnel.
• See patients in a timely and courteous manner.
• Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to clinical training and proficiency.
• Participate in quality assurance programs, peer reviews, and medical records audits.
• Contribute to clinical research protocols and attend team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation

• Compensation is based on collections (productivity model).

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• Utah Licensed PA-C or FNP.
• Board certification in family medicine.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
