Exodus Healthcare is seeking a full-time, board-certified family medicine Physician Assistant to join our multispecialty clinic in Magna and West Valley City, Utah. The provider will diagnose and treat patients, participate in quality assurance, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The position offers a production-based compensation structure and requires a Utah-licensed PA-C, with medical Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients presenting to the clinic while maintaining medical standards.
• Refer patients with serious conditions requiring inpatient care to appropriate specialists.
• Advise management on medical deficiencies of auxiliary personnel.
• Work collaboratively with staff in a positive and constructive manner.
• Participate in quality assurance programs, including peer review and medical records audits.
• Contribute to training and proficiency development of clinical personnel.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members in individual and group settings.
• Participate in clinical research protocols and team meetings.

Compensation

• Collections-based (productivity) compensation model.
• Position is paid under a full production agreement.
• W-2 tax status.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant school.
• Utah Licensed PA-C.
• Experience in family medicine preferred.
