Atrius Health in Wellesley, MA, is seeking full or part-time Adult Primary Care Physicians or advanced practice providers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care within a collaborative, team-based environment. The practice offers a community-focused setting with integrated services, advanced technology support, and opportunities for teaching and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult primary care within a multispecialty community-based practice.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, APPs, specialists, and hospital partners to deliver comprehensive care.
• Utilize integrated electronic medical records (Epic) and clinical informatics tools to support clinical efficiency.
• Participate in team-based care including on-site pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology services.
• Engage in minimal call responsibilities with telehealth support for nights and weekends.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based medicine practices.
• Possibly participate in medical student teaching and resident precepting.
• Leverage technology such as automated Rx renewals, lab result notifications, and e-consults to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based primary care.
• Experience or interest in clinical informatics and predictive analytics is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based medical home model.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to participate in minimal call schedule with telehealth support.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Experience in a community-based primary care setting is desirable.
• Interest in teaching medical students or residents is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a flexible schedule.
