Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their outpatient primary care team in Barnesville, MN. The role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a community-based setting. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EPIC EMR system

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $118,500 per year for the first 2 years
• Opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVUs)
• Additional compensation includes productivity bonuses, sign-on bonus, relocation support, and CME allowance
