The clinician will provide acute and basic healthcare services under the supervision of a physician at CMMC North Campus in Floresville, TX. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing minor illnesses, ordering tests, and participating in care planning and patient education. The role involves day shifts, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health and development history and conduct physical assessments using appropriate tools.
• Assess the health status of clients by identifying normal and abnormal findings.
• Order appropriate screening and routine diagnostic tests.
• Provide treatment for minor illnesses and injuries in consultation with a physician or according to established protocols.
• Participate in and support healthcare plans involving clients, families, and community resources.
• Evaluate assessment data for needs related to family planning, substance abuse, and other health concerns.
• Communicate with patients and families, consult with healthcare providers, document clinical notes, and participate in clinical research protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
