Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to an established patient panel in a new, state-of-the-art facility.
• Manage an average of approximately 20 patients per day.
• Work a four-day workweek with no night or weekend responsibilities.
• Participate in RVU-based productivity bonuses.
• Deliver comprehensive patient care within a community-oriented practice.

Compensation

• Two-year salary guarantee of approximately $260,000 to $280,000, negotiable.
• RVU productivity bonus, with first-year income projected at $300,000 to $350,000+.
• Additional incentives include a sign-on bonus of $125,000 and up to $100,000 in student loan repayment.
• Total compensation may exceed $350,000 with productivity bonuses and incentives.
