Mountain Miracles Midwifery in Colorado Springs is seeking a certified nurse midwife to provide full-scope midwifery services in an out-of-hospital setting. The role involves home births, postpartum visits, and a supportive team environment, with a focus on work-life balance and relationship-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide home birth midwifery services within a 90-minute radius of Colorado Springs.
  • Conduct prenatal visits, labor support, and postpartum care, including home visits up to 36 weeks and 1 day postpartum.

  • Travel to clients' homes for labor and postpartum visits.
  • Participate in a supportive team environment with 3-4 midwives.

Compensation

  • $80,000 to $115,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to relationship-based, evidence-informed care.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
