This is a full-time Critical Care Advanced Practitioner position at Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri. The role involves managing up to 13 ICU patients in a collaborative environment, with a rotating schedule and no call requirements. Responsibilities

• Manage up to 13 ICU patients in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide care in a 24/7 ICU setting with a rotating schedule (7a-7p or 7p-7a).
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on quality patient care.
• Utilize the Epic EMR system for patient documentation and coordination.
• Participate in a system-wide healthcare environment emphasizing safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experience or training in critical care or ICU settings preferred.
