Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient oncology team in Coldwater, Michigan. The role involves providing patient-centered care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, working alongside physicians and support staff in a hospital-employed outpatient setting. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no call responsibilities outside of clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oncology and hematology care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiation oncologists, and multidisciplinary team members including nurse navigators, social workers, and nutritional support staff.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Engage in patient education and support throughout treatment and survivorship.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical protocols and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care delivery.
• Work scheduled hours Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no call outside of clinic hours.

Compensation
