This position involves providing clinical care across various specialties including eyes, orthopedics, gastrology, urology, and gynecology. The role operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no call or weekend requirements, and maintains a patient care team ratio of 1:3.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments and treatment for patients in designated specialties.
• Manage a patient load with a team ratio of 1:3.
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for each specialty area.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed.
• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to clinical standards.
• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Medical license valid in the practicing state.
• Experience or training in ophthalmology, orthopedics, gastrology, urology, or gynecology preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Comfort with managing a diverse patient caseload.
• Knowledge of relevant clinical protocols and documentation standards.
• No neurology, cardiology, obstetrics, or head/brain cases required.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Ability to handle a patient care team ratio of 1:3.
