Responsibilities

• Perform regulatory visits at 30-day intervals
• Manage adult patient care in a skilled nursing facility
• Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Provide care without on-call responsibilities
• Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality patient care
• Complete documentation and reporting requirements
• Participate in assigned facility protocols and procedures
