  • Contribute to the practice’s quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Compensation

  • Salary range between $253,400 and $325,900+ depending on experience and call schedule.
  • Additional incentives include premium pay for extra shifts, sign-on bonus of $30,000, and profit sharing through 401(k).
  • Compensation is provided as a W-2 salary with potential for bonuses based on performance and additional shift work.
