Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of settings including outpatient surgery centers, Level 1 trauma hospital, and community hospitals.
• Participate in scheduled day and night call shifts, with flexible options to customize call schedule.
• Perform OB anesthesia, including spinal and epidural placements.
• Insert central lines and perform cardiac procedures as part of the cardiac team, with associated bonuses.
• Maintain up-to-date anesthesia techniques and technology in a modern, well-equipped environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Contribute to the practice’s quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Engage in potential leadership opportunities within the large anesthesia group.

Compensation

• Salary range between $253,400 and $325,900+ depending on experience and call schedule.
• Additional incentives include premium pay for extra shifts, sign-on bonus of $30,000, and profit sharing through 401(k).
• Compensation is provided as a W-2 salary with potential for bonuses based on performance and additional shift work.

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology.

• Experience with central line insertions and cardiac anesthesia procedures preferred.
