Envision Healthcare is seeking a Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) for a full-time outpatient role at The Surgery Center at Jensen Beach. The position offers a competitive salary, incentive opportunities, and a $75,000 start date bonus. The role involves supporting anesthesia services in a multi-specialty outpatient surgical setting along Florida's Treasure Coast, with no weekend or on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists in providing anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures.
• Support preoperative and postoperative patient care activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities.

Compensation

• Up to $217,000 annual salary with incentive opportunities.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000 for full-time positions.
• W-2 employment status with tax withholding.

Requirements
