This is a contract position for an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in a hospital-based ICU setting in Olney, Maryland. The role involves night shifts on a 7p-7a schedule, with 10 to 15 shifts per month, including holidays. The provider will deliver critical care services in a hospital environment, requiring ACLS and BLS certifications and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care in an ICU setting during night shifts.
• Work 10 to 15 shifts per month, including holidays.
• Cover 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Maintain hospital privileges and certifications as required.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver patient care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards for critical care.
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and documentation.
• Participate in hospital-based critical care team activities.

Compensation

• Hourly rate from $80.00 to $115.00, based on experience and qualifications.
• Includes relocation support and coverage of licensing and malpractice costs.
• Compensation is on a 1099 tax basis.
