This position serves as the first point of contact for the department, handling front desk duties, administrative tasks, and supporting the health plan's day-to-day activities involving protected health information. The role requires active enrollment in a degree program and offers hourly compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct prospective students and visitors; route telephone calls; schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate daily front desk activities, including maintaining key inventory, database management, and data entry.
