This hospital-based position involves performing a variety of standard medical procedures, including placing arterial lines and central lines, with a focus on general cases excluding cardiac and some pediatric cases. The role requires certification and advanced life support credentials, with a set schedule across multiple days.

Responsibilities

• Perform arterial line and central line placements.
• Manage a variety of standard medical cases, excluding cardiac and some pediatric cases.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with medical team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Participate in credentialing processes and maintain required certifications.
• Respond to emergent situations as per hospital guidelines.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.

Compensation

• Compensation model: Other (1099 tax status).

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
• Set schedule with specific days and hours.

Requirements

• Board certification in relevant specialty.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Ability to place arterial and central lines.
• Experience working in a hospital setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Credentialing readiness within 0-30 days.
• Availability to work a set schedule including early mornings and extended shifts.
• Licensure and credentials compliant with hospital requirements.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases.
• Professional liability insurance (if required).
