Join Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon, as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician associate in a primary care outpatient setting. Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to an outpatient adult patient population.
• Manage an average of 16 to 18 patients per day.
• Perform basic procedures such as suturing, casting, splinting, and toenail removal as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of Family Medicine providers in a collegial environment.
• Participate in administrative duties approximately one day per week.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and clinical protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation

• Annual salary between $135,000 and $140,000.

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time outpatient position, Monday to Friday.
• Call responsibilities are minimal, only two weeks per year, from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• Schedule includes one administrative day per week.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• 1 to 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with familiarity in Family Medicine are welcome.
• Comfortable with basic procedures such as suturing, casting, splinting, and toenail removal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Licensure or eligibility to practice in Oregon.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with minimal call duties.
• Willingness to participate in rotating call schedule, limited to two weeks per year.
• Familiarity with outpatient primary care settings preferred.
