The Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center provides inpatient and outpatient care for pediatric blood and marrow transplant patients. Under physician supervision, the APP manages patient assessments, treatment plans, follow-up care, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through intensive therapies. Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for pediatric blood and marrow transplant patients under physician supervision.
• Conduct medical history assessments and physical examinations.
• Review and order diagnostic studies, including radiographs and laboratory tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the transplant team.
• Manage follow-up care for bone marrow donors under physician oversight.
• Triage and manage patient symptoms and complications during treatment.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Compensation

• Annual salary range from $131,000 to $201,456, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program appropriate for pediatric care.
