The RAMC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Worksite Wellness Center team on a part-time basis. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, health education, and support within a clinic setting, primarily scheduled over three days per week with specific hours. The provider will collaborate with patients and support personnel to deliver safe and efficient healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate patient care to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide health education and resources to patients, staff, and community members.
• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Utilize clinic technology to support patient care activities.
• Maintain compliance with Wisconsin State law and legal responsibilities.
• Participate in clinical protocols, review procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Perform physical tasks including patient transfers, equipment handling, and maintaining a safe environment.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation (W-2 tax status).

Benefits

Shift & Schedule

• Part-time, 24 hours per week.
• Schedule includes three days per week: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Fridays from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure as an RN in Wisconsin.
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current Wisconsin license as an NP or PA.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment with appropriate technological support.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with patient transfers.
• Meet health requirements as specified.
