This is a contract position for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or Physician Assistant in Fayetteville, North Carolina, primarily providing outpatient care via telehealth. The role involves managing adult patients with minimal pain management involving narcotics, performing joint, trigger point, and carpal tunnel injections, and monitoring patients at regular intervals. The schedule is Monday through Friday with part-time hours, and the position offers comprehensive benefits and support services.

Responsibilities

• Manage an adult outpatient patient population via telehealth, with minimal narcotic pain management (15% or less).
• Perform joint, trigger point, and carpal tunnel injections as required.
• Monitor patients at 1 to 3 month intervals.
• Provide care during scheduled hours Monday through Friday, approximately 2.5 to 3 days per week.
• Handle a patient load of approximately 18 to 25 patients per full day.

Compensation

• Hourly rate from $70.00 to $90.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule, primarily Monday through Friday.
• Approximately 2.5 to 3 days per week, with hours from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm, and Fridays from 8:15 am to 12 pm.

Requirements

• Current certification and licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• Experience with joint, trigger point, and carpal tunnel injections.
• Ability to manage adult outpatient patients via telehealth.
• Strong clinical skills in pain management and patient monitoring.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with adult patient populations.
