The Urology Physician Assistant at the Institute for Surgical Excellence will provide outpatient clinic care, assist in surgical procedures, participate in hospital rounding and consultations, and engage in call coverage rotations. The role involves working with a highly experienced surgical team utilizing advanced technology and minimally invasive techniques to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in outpatient clinic procedures and patient care
• Support surgical teams during operations, including minimally invasive techniques
• Conduct hospital rounding and patient consultations
• Participate in call coverage rotations as scheduled
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of highly trained professionals
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including robotic systems
• Maintain current knowledge of surgical practices and innovations
• Contribute to a high-volume surgical practice performing over 85,000 surgeries annually

Requirements

• Board eligible or certified in relevant specialty
• Current PA state Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Experience or training in surgical assistance and outpatient procedures
• Ability to participate in call coverage rotations
