We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care in a private practice setting in Kalispell, Montana. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal maternal and fetal health, with responsibilities spanning patient education, fetal monitoring, and postpartum support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prenatal examinations and provide prenatal care to pregnant individuals
• Manage labor and delivery, ensuring the health and safety of mother and baby
• Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care
• Monitor fetal development and maternal health throughout pregnancy
• Provide postpartum care, including newborn assessments and support for new mothers
• Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Perform wellness and annual gynecological exams
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality

Compensation

• Salary negotiable
• W-2 tax status

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time, in-person position
• Work setting includes private practice and hospital-based care
• Relocation to Kalispell, MT required before starting

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) licensed in Montana
• Experience in labor and delivery, including acute care settings
• Proficient in case management for pregnant individuals
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks
• Understanding of anatomy and physiology related to pregnancy and childbirth
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical setting
• Compassionate with excellent patient care skills
• Willingness to relocate to Kalispell, MT
