This hospitalist position involves night shift coverage from 6 pm to 6 am on a per diem basis. Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient hospitalist duties during night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am.
• Handle night admissions, typically ranging from 0 to 11 patients per shift.
• Provide care for an average facility census of 40 to 45 patients.
• Perform optional procedures such as intubation and central line placement.
• Cross-cover in-house patients as needed.
• No on-call or callback responsibilities required.
• Participate in coverage for all in-house patients as part of the team.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure patient care continuity.

Compensation

• Hourly rate ranging from $75.00 to $100.00, depending on experience and position needs.
