Responsibilities

• Perform first assist duties in cardiac surgery, including vein harvesting
• Collaborate with the cardiology team in a hospital setting
• Participate in surgical procedures and patient care activities
• Maintain compliance with hospital and surgical protocols
• Assist in preoperative and postoperative patient management
• Contribute to a team with award-winning Heart and Stroke programs
• Work a 4-day workweek with minimal call responsibilities
• Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in EVH (Endoscopic Vein Harvesting)
• Candidates with fellowship training are encouraged to apply

• Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a PA or NP in South Carolina
• Strong surgical assisting skills in cardiac procedures
