A full-time dermatology clinician role for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Fayetteville, Arkansas, involving medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures. The position includes clinic work at Fayetteville and one day per week at Harrison, with access to an on-site surgery center, Mohs laboratory, and dermatopathology services. The provider will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a physician-owned practice with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dermatology patient care, including medical dermatology and follow-up.
• Assist in surgical dermatology procedures, including excisions and reconstructions under supervision.
• Aid in Mohs micrographic surgery, including pre- and post-procedure care.
• Interpret diagnostic reports and coordinate with in-house dermatopathology.
• Provide cosmetic and aesthetic services such as injectables and laser treatments.
• Participate in patient education and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgical staff, and laboratory personnel.
• Cover the Harrison clinic one day per week, with travel required.

Compensation

• Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $175,000 in the first year.
• Robust incentive plan with potential total compensation up to approximately $300,000 based on production, quality, and performance metrics.
